Processing Time

Orders are picked, checked and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Every parcel is sent with a tracking number.

Daily Cut-off

Our cut-off is 17:00 London time (GMT). Anything ordered after that starts processing on the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

Shipping Time

Once dispatched, delivery takes:

United Kingdom — Free Shipping: 3–10 working days (Monday to Friday)

We ship with established carriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is free on every order within the United Kingdom. No minimum spend.

Tracking Your Order

Your dispatch confirmation email contains a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan — that's normal. If it hasn't moved for several days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Things Outside Our Control

Delivery estimates are exactly that — estimates. Customs clearance, carrier backlogs, severe weather and incorrect delivery addresses can all add time. We'll always help you chase a delayed parcel.
